Complaint description:
Complainant stated that facility does not use sanitizer and cleans only with water. Also that shelves in food storage area were dirty.
Observed the following:
1. Sanitizer in spray bottles used to clean facility at 200ppm quat
2. Food shelves/racks in dry storage and in walk-in were clean.
3. Employees washed hands before handling food.
