Observed no sanitizer set up at beginning of inspection. Please ensure either a bucket is kept set up with chlorine or quat sanitizer during all operating hours. Manager corrected by preparing chlorine sanitizer and demonstrated proper testing procedures with sanitizer test strip. CORRECTED.


Observed that the frozen fruits are intermingled with employee food in the small chest freezer in dry storage room. Ensure that customer food is kept above and separated from employee food (such as with a divider or container).

Facility makes the yogurt using a powder mix, no liquid milk is used to make the yogurt.
Rice is cooked and set on counter to cool. Rice should be cooled to 70 degrees within 2 hours and then to 41 degrees within another 4 hours.

Observed three comp sink water temp at 110*F, please adjust water heater to make sure water temp reaches 120*F. Water heater was adjusted and temperature reached 120*F.


Observed metal bowl with hot rice on counter, rice was being cooled. No time stamp or records were available. Facility had just opened and rice was cooked within last 30 minutes. Please make sure records are available when using time as temp control. Employee stated they will cool rice, then place in refrigerator. Please make sure food items are cooled to 70 degrees within 2 hours and 41 degrees within another 4 hours.
