Observed cold holding in refrigerator and refrigeration units in front of wok >41*F (shredded cabbage, broccoli, pumpkin, duck meat and soap probed 43-44*F). Cold holding for all potentially hazardous foods (PHFs) must be at or below 41*F. Comply by 12/22/2022. All PHFs probed >41 removed and held in refrigerator units <41*F. Adjust cold holding and call for re-inspection.
