Observed empty paper towel dispenser and a roll of paper towels on the shelf next to the hand wash sink. Paper towels must be supplied in dispensers at all times to prevent potential contamination. CORRECTED during inspection.

Unapproved salsa was improperly labeled per FDA regulations. Labels missing manufacturer's information, ingredients, allergens, quantity. Product was discarded during inspection.

Observed "Auggies Fiesta Salsa" for sale in a cooler next to the to-go cooler. Salsa does not come from an Approved source as no health permit has been issued by Placer Co. or CDPH for this product. Cease and desist all sales of Auggie's Salsa immediately. Owner removed salsa from sales floor and discarded during inspection. Corrected during inspection.

Note: Manager has taken course and has a proctored exam scheduled. Food handler cards for employees were available for review and current.
