Observed no sanitizer bucket in juice bar area. Provide a sanitizer bucket at 100ppm chlorine. EOS spray bottle shown to be used was listed to contain chlorine, tested bottle, shows 10 ppm. Sanitizer buckets must be made up to be between 50 - 100 ppm chlorine. Continue to make buckets b hand and test during beginning of business hours. CORRECTED ON SITE.

Observed no cold water to be available at hand sink. Adjust hand sink to allow for both hot and cold water. Facility owner began repairs on site to allow for cold water and repair the subsequent leak. CORRECTED ON SITE.

1. Observed no paper towels at juice bar hand-wash sink at the start of the inspection. Towels are not to be used to dry hands in commercial facilities. CORRECTED ON SITE. 2. Observed paper towels improperly stored in both Men's and Women's restrooms. Properly stock dispensers.

Observed containers under ice machine building up water. Repair leak and properly dispose of waste water.

Facility does not currently have a certified Food Safety Manager. Have at least one employee acquire a valid Food Safety Manager certificate ASAP.

Observed refrigeration unit in the back to be at 64*F during inspection. Contents of the fridge were observed to be non-potentially hazardous foods (non-PHF's): celery, carrots, kale, whole apples, whole pineapple. Keep any PHF's out of the unit until it can be serviced.

Observed noticeable dust build-up on the vents of men's and women's restrooms. Restrooms vents shall be cleaned to allow for proper air flow.
