Observed water temperature at the front counter hand wash sink reach 117 degrees F. Nonadjustable automatic hand wash sinks shall be supplied with warm water from 100-108 degrees F.
Decrease water temperature at the front counter hand wash sink to 100-108 degrees F.
Front counter hand wash sink shall not be used until temperature is maintained in approved range.
Service station adjacent to front counter contains a hand wash sink with the approved water temperature range that can be accessed without opening doors or contaminating hands.

1) Observed water temperature at the 3 compartment sink to be 117 degrees F. Water temperature at the 3 compartment sink shall be 120 degrees F. Increase water temperature at the 3 compartment sink.

2) Observed water temperature at the food prep sink to be 118 degrees f. Water temperature at the food prep sink shall be 120 degrees F. Increase water temperature at the food prep sink.
