Observed biofilm slime/mold accumulation inside ice machine. Ice machine must be routinely cleaned and sanitized to prevent the growth of bacteria and microorganisms. Drain ice, clean and sanitize inside ice machine.
Note: Inspector discussed with owner during inspection and demonstrated how to check interior for mold growth.

Observed significant splatter on the walls behind the shelving holding the soda syrup boxes. Clean.

REPEAT VIOLATION - Observed mop sitting in mop water. Please discontinue practice of leaving mop in mop water, place mop in a manner to allow for adequate drying to prevent the growth of bacteria.

Observed front hand wash sink to be leaking water from the faucet. All plumbing fixtures shall be maintained and fully operative.
Repair leak.

Observed biofilm slime and mold growth in the floor sink beneath the soda dispenser. Please clean and sanitize.

Current Food Safety Manager Certificate is expired. Obtain new certification by Sept. 18, 2022.
