The faucet for the food prep sink and the second faucet for the warewash sink have not been installed. Install these within one week.

Both the 3-door and 2-door prep tables have no thermometers inside. Provide an accurate, easy-to-read thermometer for each refrigerator.

Observed toilet paper sitting on top of dispenser inside restroom. Always store the toilet paper inside the holder. ~corrected on-site~

The soap and paper towel dispensers are empty at the handwash sink located near the cooking equipment. Always keep these filled. (Note - the other handwash sink was fully stocked.)

Observed part of a hood screen to be askew. Always maintain the hood screens with no gaps between them, so that grease does not escape up, into the motor. ~corrected on-site~

Observed the consumer self-service plastic spoons and knives with the mouth-contact surfaces facing up. Always store these with the mouth-contact surfaces facing down / handles facing up, to help avoid cross-contamination when the consumers are retrieving the utensils.
