Observed hot water from all sinks in the facility at 76F. Owner replaced the water with a like for like same day and was able to restore hot water to 118F-119F. Please adjust and maintain the hot water level to 120F for the 3 comp sink, janitorial sink and warm water of 100F to all hand sink.

Observed base coving around the wall behind the kitchen hand sink to be in disrepair. Repair base coving ASAP.
