Several hood screens are missing above the cooking equipment. Replace these / close the gaps, to help prevent oil and grease from entering the flue. *Repeat Violation*

The floor sink next to the handwash sink has dirty water standing inside (not properly draining). Repair this to properly drain.

Squeeze bottles of sauces/dressings are being held in the inserts of the prep refrigerator; temperature of sauces tested at 52° F. Either store the squeeze bottles inside the refrigerator, or add ice in the inserts, so the ice completely surrounds the level of food inside the containers, to help ensure proper temperature is maintained.

The water at the handwash sink is only reaching 69° F (through a mixing valve). Adjust mixing valve to provide warm water, between 100-108° F.

Observed one of the handwash sinks to be blocked by a food cart. Always keep handwash sinks free and clear/unobstructed for ease of use. ~corrected on-site~

Observed food at the top/insert level to be holding at 53° F. Do not sell or distribute potentially hazardous food held in these inserts for greater than four hours. Adjust/repair unit to hold at 41° F or below throughout. Also, the top lid is missing from the unit, which is most likely contributing to the elevated food temperatures. Replace the missing lid and keep it closed when not in use.
