1) Observed level of chlorine sanitizer in the lobby bar dishwasher to be ~25ppm. Facility shall discontinue using the unit until repaired to have 50ppm chlorine sanitizer. For the time being, use the main kitchen for washing/rinsing/sanitizing.

2) No chlorine sanitizer test strips are present at the lobby bar. Ensure chlorine sanitizer test strips are available for employees to check the dishwasher daily.

3) The drain plugs are not available for the 3-compartment sink. Provide these, to be used as a backup to the dishwasher, for manual washing/rinsing/sanitizing of dishware.
