Sanitizer (chlorine) test strips are not available for testing the dishwasher (only 'quat' test strips). Provide these; test the dishwasher at least daily to ensure 50ppm chlorine is dispensed in the rinse.

There is no paper towel dispenser at the handwash sink. Provide paper towels, inside a dispenser here.

Plastic cups are being used as scoops for the popcorn and dried edamame. Only use scoops with handles, to help avoid cross-contamination.

The dishwasher at the lobby bar is not dispensing adequate sanitizer during the rinse cycle. Adjust/repair unit to dispense 50ppm chlorine during the rinse. Until repaired, manually sanitize all cleaned dishware in the main kitchen. *REPEAT VIOLATION* ~corrected on-site~ Chlorine test strips are not available. Observed the ice scoop with handle touching the ice. Always store the handle up, or store the ice scoop outside of the ice bin in a clean location, to help avoid cross-contamination. ~corrected on-site~

The lobby bar handwash sink does not have a paper towel dispenser. Facility shall install a paper towel holder or dispenser for hands free use. *REPEAT VIOLATION from last inspection*
|
1) Observed level of chlorine sanitizer in the lobby bar dishwasher to be ~25ppm. Facility shall discontinue using the unit until repaired to have 50ppm chlorine sanitizer. For the time being, use the main kitchen for washing/rinsing/sanitizing. 2) No chlorine sanitizer test strips are present at the lobby bar. Ensure chlorine sanitizer test strips are available for employees to check the dishwasher daily. 3) The drain plugs are not available for the 3-compartment sink. Provide these, to be used as a backup to the dishwasher, for manual washing/rinsing/sanitizing of dishware.
