No sanitizer buckets were set up at start of inspection. Must have a sanitizer container for sanitizer rags set up at start of each day and keep sanitizer changed every four hours or when needed. CORRECTED ON SITE. Sanitizer was observed to be at 700ppm Sink & Surface.

Observed frozen fish being thawed in three comp sink without cool running water. Please use prep sink to thaw food items, three comp sink is for washing dishes. Also make sure items are submerged under cool running water.
