Some of the consumer self-service items are not labeled properly. For each package, provide the following: common name of the item; ingredients, in descending order of predominance; net weight, volume or count; name and address of the food facility.

The hot water temperature is too low at 113° F. Increase the hot water temperature to be at least 120° F.
