Observed an employee washing utensils at the clean side of the 3 comp sink (drain board). Please wash soiled utensils and equipment at the opposite side of the 3 comp sink/ drain board to prevent cross-contamination. Label and indicate wash, rinse and sanitizer steps at the 3 comp sink.

Observed no sanitizer solution provided for surface cleaning. Provide quat sanitizer solution at 200 ppm or bleach sanitizer at 100 ppm for surface cleaning. Corrected.
