Observed hot water at hand sink behind deli area to be at 96*F and hand sink in meat dept at 83*F, please make sure all hand sinks are at least 100*F. Water was adjusted and temperature reached 100*F on both sinks.


Observed meat area cooler with ambient temperature at 43*F, digital thermometer reading showed 33* F. Please adjust temperature to show proper ambient temp on thermometer and keep all food items at or below 41* F. All food items in case were pulled and unit is scheduled to be serviced.

Observed sliced tomatoes at 43*F, employee stated they came out of cooler. Cold holding unit might have been going through defrost, please make sure all food items are at or below 41* F. Corrected on site.


Observed condensation in red meat cooler in meat dept. Please make sure condensation isn't falling on any food items. All food items were removed from case.
