Water build up observed on the following floor surfaces: -Front area near floor drain -Around the ware wash machine in the back area. Clean and sanitize all floor surfaces to remove any standing water. Liquid waste shall be disposed of in the floor sink or the floor drain after cleaning. Note: No issues observed with any of the plumbing fixtures.

Observed grime build up on horizontal air gap under the 3 compartment sink. Clean and sanitize horizontal air gap to eliminate grime build up.

High temp ware wash machine did not reach a final sanitation phase of 160 degrees F. Repair or replace ware wash machine to allow unit to have a final sanitation phase of 160 degrees F. All ware washing shall be done at the 3 compartment sink.

Automatic hand wash sink in the restroom reached a temperature of 88 degrees F. Automatic hand wash sinks shall be supplied with warm water between 100-108 degrees F. Water supply was adjusted and water temperature at the hand wash sink reached 108 degrees F.
