Observed incomplete raw food disclosure and consumer advisory for prepackaged food that contain raw ingredients. Observed general label posted on the cold holding case.

Products that contain raw fish must state on the product label, "Contains raw fish. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions."

Observed prepackaged sushi with incomplete allergen declarations. Products that contain any of the 8 major allergens (wheat, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, shellfish, fish) must an allergen declaration that states: "Contains: ****"
