Observed hot water faucet handle not working properly in back area hand sink, employee stated service technician has been called for repair. Facility has another hand sink with hot water within 12 ft for employees to use while it gets repaired.


Observed a personal cell phone on back area prep table, please store all personal items away in a different area away from facility food storage and prep areas. corrected on site.


REPEAT VIOLATION:
Observed no binder holding food handler cards or food safety manager certificate, please make sure certificate and cards are available during inspections.


Observed unlabeled spray bottle with liquid inside, please make sure all containers are labeled. Corrected on site.

This is a reinspection concerning proper hand washing, glove use and adequate hand washing facilities.

The following was obesrved:
Front hand wash sink has been repaired, no leaks and hot water reaches 100*F
Back area hand sink has wall mounted soap dispenser and hot water reaches 100*F
Employees use gloves once and then discard them after use when switching tasks

Observed hot water turned off at front counter hand sink, employee stated it was leaking and that's why it was turned off. Please make sure hot water is available at all times. Please repair hand sink by Thursday November 16th. Hot water is available.

Observed no soap at back area hand sink, please make sure soap is available at all times. Employees are using the front counter soap dispenser. Pump bottle soap is avaialble.


REPEAT VIOLATION:
Observed two pairs of nitrile gloves sitting on back prep surface, please discard gloves after use and make sure new gloves are used after washing hands.

Observed no Food Safety Manager Certificate or food handler cards on site, please have certificate and food handler cards available.
