Observed no paper towels at hand sink, please make sure paper towels are available at all times. Operator stated they are using napkins located on counter. Napkins are not to be used as paper towels to dry hands. Corrected on site.

Observed water leaking in back of trailer, please repair leak.

Observed ice chest without lid/cover in walk-in cooler, please keep ice for consumption covered at all times.

Observed sanitizer spray bottle above 200ppm quat, please make sure quat sanitizer is at 200ppm. Facility didn't have proper test strips, please get proper test strips.

Observed walk-in refrigerator at 46*F, items currently in walk-in are pre-packaged drinks such as water and gaterade and fresh whole produce. One of the fan guard units is not working properly, please repair walk-in.

Observed three compartment sink faucet not properly attached. It comes loose when the water pressure increases. Please repair faucet.
