Observed store is missing 'California Prop 65 Alcoholic Beverage Exposure Warning Sign'. Be sure to have sign posted in clearly visible location.

Observed light to be visible from the back doorway. Repair door sweeps to prevent possible pests.

1.Observed ice build up around the bottom and either side of the walk-in freezer door. Door is not able to seal properly. Clear away ice from the door and ensure it can seal properly.
2. Observed fire extinguisher to be missing Fire Marshal inspection tags. Contact local fire department to schedule extinguisher inspection.
