Observed hot water at bathroom reach 82*F, please adjust sink to have hot water reach 100 to 108*F.

If time is going to be used as temp control, please use the stickers to note when the food item was placed on display and when it will be discarded. It needs to be discarded at or less than 4 hours.

Observed back door not fully sealed when closed, please make sure door has a proper seal to prevent pests from entering facility.

Observed no paper towel dispenser on back room hand sink, please install dispenser. Paper towels are available.
