Observed sanitizer buckets prepared at a concentration of less than 50ppm chlorine.
Sanitizer buckets shall be prepared at a concentration of 100ppm at the beginning of the day and switched out every 4 hours or sooner if needed.

Observed no soap in wall mounted dispensers.
Facility had bottles of soap available.
All hand washing facilities shall be accessible and fully stocked with warm water and wall mounted soap and towel dispensers.

Observed significant grease accumulation on the side of fryer and adjacent equipment. Equipment must be clean as often as needed to preclude soil accumulation. Conduct deep clean. Comply by 11.11.2019

Observed grime and mold accumulation on the rack above the 3-compartment sink. Removed items and cardboard and conduct a deep clean. Comply by 11.11.2019.

REPEAT VIOLATION - Observed gaps under the back door. Facility must be vermin proof. Seal around door jam. Comply by 11.11.2019.
