Observed raw fish fillets stored on top of ice in an ice bath, holding temp at 41-48°F. Please make sure to submerge tubs of food held in ice up to the level of the food to ensure cold temperatures throughout. (Maintain at 41*F or below)
Corrected during inspection. Temp. taken at end of inspection was 41*F.

Observed several moldy cabbages in the walk-in refrigerator. Discard spoiled food immediately.

Observed food in reach-in freezer behind counter in non-food grade containers (grocery bags). Replace with commercial grade containers and label contents. Correct ASAP.

Observed accumulation of non-food related and personal items stored throughout the facility. Designate specific area(s) for personal items, personal food, etc. so that it is separate from customer food and food contact surfaces.
Correct ASAP.

Observed biofilm slime/mold accumulation inside ice machine. Ice machine must be routinely cleaned and sanitized to prevent the growth of bacteria and microorganisms. Drain ice, clean and sanitize inside ice machine. Correct ASAP.
