Observed small "deli" counter top refrigerator to be holding at 53*F.
Yogurt and cheese probed at 46*F. All PHF must be held at 41*F or below.
Observed significant ice build-up in the same unit.
Manager voluntarily discarded all food (sandwiches, lunchables, yogurt and burritos) during inspection.
Defrost unit, remove ice and ensure unit is holdiing at 41*F or below before restocking with food items.
Mitigated during inspection.
