Food facilities must provide hot water at a minimum temperature of 120* F measured from the faucet (except handwash sinks which may be a minimum of 100* F). Adjust hot water heater so all faucets (except handsinks) have hot water at a minimum of 120* F. Correct ASAP. Uncorrected repeat violations may result in a Yellow Placard and/or a re-inspection fee of $448.00.
