Observed cold holding in deli case >41*F (probed between 46-48*F). per manager, facility's generator is on maintenance. Cold holding must be at or below 41*F. Comply by 2/9/2021. Food items probed 46-48*F removed from the deli case voluntarily. Use 4 hours rule until the refrigeration unit is fixed. Re-inspection will be conducted on 2/9/2021.


Observed 0 ppm sanitizer solutionprovided for surface cleaning in peet's coffee. Provide 200 ppm quat sanitizer at all times. Corrected during inspection.
