1.) Observed swordfish container stored in deli/meat freezer uncovered. Keep all stored foods covered to prevent overhead contamination. Employee covered swordfish while inspector was on site. CORRECTED ON SITE.

BAKERY SECTION
1.) Observed no sanitizer bucket set up in food prep area. Provide a sanitizer bucket at 200ppm quaternary ammonia. Employee set up sanitizer bucket with 200 ppm quat while inspector was on site. CORRECTED ON SITE.

DELI SECTION
1.) Observed sanitizer bucket at 200 ppm quat. Maintain 200-300ppm. Manager setup new sanitizer bucket at 200ppm quat while inspector was onsite. CORRECTED ON SITE.

1.) Observed food debris accumulation on floors through out bakery area. Please maintain to prevent accumulation of food debris. Employee swept all food debris while inspector was on site. CORRECTED ON SITE.
