Observed employee food and personal items in the amongst costumer food and prep equipment. Employee food and personal items must be stored in a separate location aware from food and equipment storage an prep area. Designate an area for employee use and separate from customer food prep area. Correct immediately.

Note: upon change of ownership and or remodel the facility will be required to add a designated hand washing sink in the warewashing /prep area.

Observed prep top refrigeration holding 46-50 degrees F. Cold holding must be maintained at <41*F. Correct immediately. Note: refrigerator thermostat adjusted at the time of inspection.
