Observed: Floors throughout store beneath equipment are dirty.

Corrective Action: Clean floors below and in between equipment to remove dried on dirt.

Observed: Freezer walk in has small amount of condenstae buildup on load bearing beam. Floors in walk in freezer are cracked and warped.

Corrective Action: Freezer shall be cleaned to remove condensate and unit will be repaired so condenstae does not continue to build up. Floor in walk in freezer shall be repaired/replaced to maintain a smooth, durable, and cleanble surface. Contact Placer County Environmental Health prior to any work being done on floors.

Observed: Deli uses log sheet to track hot deli items as a public health control. Log has not been maintained daily.

Corrective Action: Facility shall maintain daily records when using time as a public health control.

All team members are trained on plan.
Physical distancing, face coverings, frequent handwashing, and regular cleaning and disinfection is covered.
Store has markings on the floor for designated physical distancing requirements for guest and store has customer capacity limits set.
Curbside pick area implemented.
Face coverings required for team members, vendors, and all patrons.
Store front is marked with signs promoting face mask use and physical distancing.
Reusable bags can be used if customer bags their own groceries.
Gloves and plexiglas used for check stand employees.
Break rooms and offices are set up to meet physical distancing requirements.
Cleaning and disinfecting of high touch point areas are conducted every 30 minutes.
Self check out pin pads disinfected after each use.
Team members are to perform daily self checks for health.

Corrective Action: Have main freezer serviced and cleaned to remove condensation build up on ceiling.

Observed: Floors beneath shelving racks in dry storage are dirty and have old food debris. Grease spill on floor near fryer in deli.

Corrective Action: Clean floors beneath all shelving racks in storage. Clean grease spill near fryer in deli.

Observed: Hand washing sink in bakery was not accessible due to boxes and 5 gallon buckets in the way.

Corrective Action: All hand washing sinks shall be accessible and stocked at all times for employee use.
