Observed: 3 compartment sink faucet leaks.

Corrective Action: Repair leak at 3 compartment sink.

Observed: Hand washing facility did not have paper towels at the beginning of the inspection.

Corrective Action: All hand washing sinks shall be accessible and fully stocked with soap and paper towels. Item was corrected on site.

Observed: Water at 3 compartment sink only reaches 115F.

Corrective Action: Water temperature at 3 compartment sink shall reach a minimum temperature of 120F. Adjust hot water heater to reach minimum temperature, or repair.

Inspection Memo:

Reminders: The facility shall install a dedicated hand wash sink behind the bar prior to the next routine inspection to avoid receiving a conditional placard and possible re-inspection fees. The facility shall submit plans and specification sheets to this office prior to any installation.
02/14/2020: Routine Inspection

Observed: No sanitizer was detected in the three compartment sink or made in sanitizer buckets. No test strips were available for testing the sanitizer.

Corrective Action: Sanitizer shall be made for the sanitizing of glass wear and prep areas. Test strips shall be available at all times for chlorine residual testing.

Observed: The ice machine has mold.

Corrective Action: The ice machine shall be cleaned and sanitized to remove the mold.

Observed: There is no dedicated hand washing station behind the bar.

Corrective Actions: A dedicated hand washing station shall be set up prior to the next routine inspection to avoid a conditional placard and possible re-inspection fees. Hand soap and towels were added to the three compartment sink until a dedicated sink can be installed.
