Plan discussed with owner.
Capacity of store reduced to 25%
Owner has a chain with sign at door stating "Following County Guidelines, Only 1 group, Family or person at time. Please keep distance".
Owner has identified high touch areas and discussed sanitizing hourly.
Owner stated he would add signs related to face coverings at the door.
Discussed with owner to add floor markings to promote social distancing in waiting area outside of store.
All employees and patrons who came in while inspection was being conducted wore mask.
Performing wellness checks on employees.

Observed: Floor sink below 3 compartment sink was draining slow.

Corrective Action: Floor sink shall be repaired to drain properly. Plumber had already been out and was actively working on issue. Signs of tools and pipe snake were left behind while plumber went to retrieve parts. Owner stated floor sink should be repaired before the end of the day.

Observed: Chocolate melting pot had residual chocolate from the previous day hardened inside of pot.

Corrective Action: Chocolate melting pot shall be cleaned and sanitized after each use.
