Observed old rodent droppings on floor of water heater area. No food contamination was observed. Clean up droppings using protective gear and monitor area for new presence. Seal any holes and gaps to prevent entrance. Continue to work with professional pest control.

Observed juice cooler to be holding at 50*F. Observed ice build inside unit. Empty unit, unplug, defrost, and monitor. Unit should hold at or below 41*F. Observed deli meat in deli prep reach in unit probed at 48*F. Ambient temperature of bottom unit at 45*F. Adjust or repair unit to hold at 41*F or below.

Observed ice build up on floor and ceiling of walk in freezer. Relocate food to another freezer unit, defrost unit, and make any needed repairs.

Observed a leak in piping above the water heater, please repair leak.

Observed dust on racks in walk-in freezer, please clean racks regularly to avoid any dust build-up. Also clean in hard to reach areas, especially corners and please install a brighter light in walk-in.
