Observed both soda gun dispenser nozzles with biofilm accumulation. Routinely unscrew red cover and scrub soda gun nozzle surfaces. Bartender began deep cleaning nozzles. Corrected on site.

Observed dust accumulation on ceiling light guard in walkin fridge in purchasing area. Clean light cover to be free of fuzzy dust.

Observed warewash machine at bar at 0ppm chlorine. Observed Dishwasher chlorine supply empty. Chef resupplied chlorine and machine was primed. Observed dish washer produce 150ppm after cycle. Corrected on site. Ensure bar keep tests sanitizer levels at the beginning of every shift.

Observed no testing strips available at bar to test dish washing machine. Provide chlorine testings strips and ensure bar tenders are using at the beginning of every shift.

Observed plumbing tubing draining into floor sink directly in the bar area. All drains into floor sink shall have a 1 inch air gap. Cut back plumbing tubes to achieve air gap.

Observed biofilm accumulation inside ice machine. Ice machine must be routinely cleaned and sanitized to prevent the growth of bacteria and microorganisms. Drain ice, clean and sanitize inside ice machine.

Observed handwashing sink faucet taped to prevent spraying. Repaired at the time of inspection.

Repeat violation - Observed dishwasher in the bar product 0ppm chlorine. Dishwasher must produce 50ppm chlorine residual on dish surfaces. Service/repair. Dishwasher shall not be used until properly sanitizing and compliance has been verified by Placer County Environmental Health.
