- Observed hot water able to reach and maintain a temperature of 120*F at all three compartment sinks throughout facility.
- Observed all hand washing sinks throughout facility to be fully stocked and able to reach and maintain a temperature of 100*F.
- Observed all reach-in public cold holding units to be under 41*F.
- Observed all cold holding units in deli, butcher, and bakery areas to be under 41*F.
- Observed al food items stored consistently 6 inches off the floor through out the facility and back of house.
- Observed store aisles to be clean and clear of debris.
