Covid-19 Guidelines:
At start of inspection, there were three indoor tables being used (party of 2, 2, and 4) and two patio table, party of 2 each. All at least 6 ft. apart.
There are 3 cooks, 1 dishwasher, 2 servers, and 1 busser. Kitchen is long and narrow, which makes it difficult to walk through. Please continue to have employees where masks and keep 6 ft. away as much as possible.
Posters include "Safe Dining", "Social Distancing" and Covid-19 testing information on front door.
Table just outside of front door has disposable menus and hand sanitizer. Laminated menus are also available, they get separated and placed in a bin to be cleaned and sanitized. Disposable menus get picked up by customers and some put them back in the holder, please make sure paper menus are thrown out once picked up.
Condiment caddy with items such as ketchup and hot sauce gets wiped down, containers are plastic and glass.
Inside entry table has hand sanitizer and candy dish has been removed
Hand sanitizer is available in prep area in kitchen.
Patio seating includes 5 tables at least 6 ft. apart and seat 2-6 people.
Bar/counter eating area has been closed.
Indoor seating areas have tables at least 6 ft. apart. Tables where seating is not available, please post a sign. Currently they have a menu on them for employees to know not to sit anyone at those tables. Tables where seating is available don't have anything on them and are wiped clean after customers leave.
Employees have a temperature log and take their temperature at start of every shift. Please wipe down thermometer after every use.
Bathroom is located down a narrow hallway, please place sign so customers know to keep social distancing in mind and only one person in bathroom at a time. Write down procedure of how often bathroom gets cleaned and wiped down.
Common caddy tray with sugar packets are being given to customers and then wiped clean. Due to sugar packets are made from paper, it is absorbent. Please discontinue practice of wiping down sugar packets and caddy. Employees can give sugar packets to customers if requested, keep them in the waitress station.

*Facility has good procedures in place, please make sure employees and customers know what protocols facility is taking. Communicate plan with employees regularly and fill out rest of Cal/OSHA Covid-19 General Checklist and the Covid-19 Workplace Specific Plan.

The following violations were corrected:
1. All food is properly stored and labeled, raw meat is stored below produce and ready to eat items.
2. Facility has been cleaned and all splatter and food debris has been removed.
3. Sanitizer at proper levels and all cloths are in buckets
4. Grease build-up in hood filters has been cleaned
5. All personal items and employee drinks are stored away from food prep areas


Keep working on correcting the other issues by next routine inspection.
