Observed a spray bottle labeled "Bleach and Water" in bar area, sanitizer was below 100ppm chlorine. Facility has a quat sanitizer dispenser, please use dispenser and test strips to check sanitizer. If using bleach as sanitizer in spray bottle, check concentration using test strips used for dish washer. Corrected on site.
