Note: Per new owner Quetzal, the change of ownership happened on October 1, 2022. He stated that he was part owner with Santiago Gonzales and that he was the one who paid for the 2022-2023 health permit. Quetzel had requested that the permit be switched over to his name. Advised new owner to submit an application for change of ownership and proof of payment for 2022-20223 health permit to PCEH.
