Observed dish washer not working properly and sanitizer is low. Facility only uses it to wash utensil and places them in three comp sink to sanitize. Facility is doing to go only with single use utensils. Please repair dish washer and use three comp sink to sanitize all dirty plates and dishes.


Observed dish washer below 50ppm chlorine, three comp sink is being used to sanitize dishes. Facility is doing to go only, customers get single use utensils.


Observed clutter in back storage area, please organize area and remove any unnecessary items.


REPEAT VIOLATION:
Facility has no Food Safety Manager on site, please take course and post certificate within 60 days.

A table is set up near entrance to keep customers from entering, keeps 6 ft distance from employee and customer
Employees self-check for symptoms

Sanitizer bucket available to clean table and wipe down surfaces
Employee hands items such as pastries to customers
Food is served in single use utensils and cups

Overall facility is much improved and much of the clutter is gone and facility has cleaned and organized food storage and prep areas.

Observed dust and cobwebs under counters and along drain pipes in front counter, clean and dust area.


Observed part of the coving deteriorating in the corner near the three compartment sink, please repair coving to avoid having moisture get into walls.


Food Safety Manager Certificate has expired, please take course and renew certificate.


Observed mold inside the top portion of the ice machine in back area, please clean and sanitize unit.
