Observed cold holding at refrigerator in front of UHC cabinet >41*F (cut tomato probed 50*F). Cold holding for all potentially hazardous foods must be at or below 41*F. Cut tomato discarded voluntarily. Adjust cold holding by 10/31/2023. Call for re-inspection after adjusting cold holding. Facility called maintenance during inspection.
