All hot and cold holdings were in compliance. Facility discards all food on the line every four hours as an added precaution.

Sanitizer available to customers and employees.

Condiments, utensils, and drink cups are all now administered to customers by employees.

Self service soda machine should be closed to customers. If that is not possible, soda machine must be sanitized AFTER EACH USE. Note: soda machine is a touch screen machine.

WORKPLACE SPECIFIC PLAN IS REQUIRED TO BE ON SITE AND ALL EMPLOYEES MUST BE TRAINED TO THE PLAN. NO PLAN WAS AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION. COMPLETE PLAN AND PROVIDE TO THIS OFFICE FOR REVIEW IMMEDIATELY.

All employees are required to obtain a CA Food Handler's Certification within 30 days from the date of hire and the food facility must maintain copies for inspector review. No CA Food Handler Certifications were available at the time of the inspection. All existing employees must obtain a certification within 30 days. This is a repeat violation. If violation is not corrected by next routine inspection, a yellow placard shall be posted at that time.
