Observed: Dishwasher tested at 10PPM chlorine residual.

Corrective Action: Dishwasher shall maintain 50PPM chlorine residual at all times. Dishwasher shall be put out of service and facility will manually wash, rinse, and sanitize in the three compartment sink until dishwasher van be serviced and/or adjusted. Facility has test strips on site.

Observed: One CO2 tank behind the bar was not secured with a chain. Small amount of mold found in the ice machine.

Corrective Action: All compressed gas tanks shall be secured with a chain at all times. Ice machine shall be cleaned and sanitized to remove mold growth.
