SANITIZING - 200 ppm quaternary ammonia at buckets and three compartment sink sanitizing basin
TEMPERATURE CONTROL - All potentially hazardous foods were observed at or below 41F or at or above 135F
COOKING CONTROL - Burger cooking is standardized and verified throughout the day
FOOD SAFETY TRAINING - Managers certifications present and current, food handlers cards present and current

• Facility has prepared and implemented a written Workplace Specific Plan. The plan was posted on the outside of the door.
• Observed employees wearing face coverings, observed temperature and health status questions being asked of employees.
• Observed physical distancing and COVID-19 signs posted.
• Observed barriers installed at point of sale.
• Per Plan, high touch areas are sanitized every four hours at a minimum. Most service is through drive through so there are limited customers entering.
• Facility is following the updated guidance for "no dine-in." Patrons may enter to place an order and can sit outside. Drive through is open.
• Observed hand sanitizer provided at entrance to facility and throughout.
• Employees have been trained on the contents of Plan. Training is documented.
• Menu board is overhead or through drive through. Condiments are single serve only and customers do not have access to the soda fountain machine.
