New ventless oven was observed installed in back room near three compartment sink. Submit plan review application, fee, specification sheet and plumbing details for this equipment to Environmental Health office for approval.

Sanitizer in spray bottle >500 ppm quat ammonium. Properly dilute sanitizer to 200 ppm.

Clean flooring under and behind equipment, especially in walk in and under drink dispensers.

Facility is using time as a public health control for items on roller (hot dog, sausages, egg rolls), but not properly tracking time. Properly document or track time to ensure foods are discarded after four hours, or maintain them at a temperature of 135* or above.
|
Clean around nozzles on drink and creamer dispensers.
|
Provide food safety manager certification for one employee. Repeat violation.
