Quaternary ammonia sanitizer buckets and 3 compartment sink slightly higher than 200ppm. Maintain sanitizer at 200ppm.

This division last conducted a COVID-19 inspection on 6/4/2020. Facility is currently offering food service for to-go and outdoor dining only which is approved under Placer County’s current placement on the California Blueprint for a Safer Economy (purple tier). At this time, dine-in restaurant service remains not permitted in Placer County. Observed missing floor tiles at deep fryer line. Replace missing floor tiles. Note that replacement other than like for like would require a permit and plan review by this Division.

Observed a few missing ceiling tiles throughout facility. Replace to provide a smooth and easily cleanable surface.

Clean the floors throughout the facility below and behind equipment, tables, and shelving to eliminate accumulated debris. Clean especially at the deep fryer line, including shelving below tables at this location.

Health permit not observed on site. Obtain a copy of the facility's health permit and post in customer view.

-Observed the mop sink faucet fixture leaking and spilling onto the floor. Repair the mop sink faucet.

-Observed small leak in drain line at middle compartment of the 3 compartment sink. Repair the leak.

Observed employee wearing face covering and gloves while working.
Hand sanitizer provided at each hand washing station.
Dine-in area is still closed. Ensure a written workplace site specific plan, covid-19 checklist and employee training log is completed prior to re-opening the dine-in area.
Covid-19 signage posted at the front entrance.
Employee are required to get their temperatures checked prior to entering the work area.

Observed employee open beverage stored on the prep table across from the 3 comp sink. Maintain employee beverage in a closed bottle or cup with a lid and straw.

Observed grime and food build up on the floors under the racks in the dry storage and soda box storage area. Maintain floors clean.

Observed mold build up inside the soda foutian waste tray. Maintain equipment clean.
