Clean and sanitize all floor surfaces throughout the facility.

Inspection Memo:

This is a follow up inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 9/20/2023.
THe following violations have been corrected:

14) White panel and internal surfaces of the ice machine have been cleaned and sanitized.
33) Shelving inside the condiment prep unit has been cleaned. Continue to clean and sanitize.
45) Following floor surfaces have been cleaned:
-Under the soda bib racks
-Under the racks inside the walk in unit.
COntinue to clean and sanitize floor surfaces.

The following violation still needs to be corrected:
1) All employees shall have valid food handlers cards within 30 days from date of routine inspection.
7) The Reach in unit in the front has not been repaired. All refrigeration units shall be maintained at 41 degrees F or below.
Manager stated that parts are being ordered to repair unit. No food items were stored inside the reach in at time of inspection.
Potentially hazardous items shall continued not to be stored inside the reach in unit until repaired and re inspected by PCEH.

Call for re inspection.

Observed grime build up on shelving inside the condiment prep unit.
Clean and sanitize all non food contact surfaces.

1) Employees did not know what temperature a refrigerator is required to hold at. Employees were educated that maximum temperature of refrigerator and all cold holding is 41 degrees F. Employees were also educated on which items are potentially hazardous items and required to hold at 41 degrees F or below.

2) Employees on site did not have food handlers cards. All employees shall have a valid food handlers card.
Employees shall be certified within 30 days.

Observed grime and debris build up on the following surfaces:
-Under the soda bib racks
-Under racks inside the walk in unit
Clean and sanitize all floor surfaces throughout the facility.

Observed grime build up on white panel inside the ice machine.
White panel shall be cleaned in one of the following ways:
-Removing white panel from ice machine to clean and sanitize at the 3 compartment sink.
-Discarding of all ice inside machine and cleaning entire ice machine.

Person in charge stated that plumbers had been called and were in route.

1) The sandwich reach in unit did not consistently holding temperature. The area facing the entrance door was observed with a reading of 45-47 degrees F.
The other half of the unit was observed between 39-40 degrees F.
Repair or replace unit to allow ambient temperature to maintain at 41 degrees F throughout the unit at all times.

Move all food items to the other side of the unit until unit has been repaired and inspected by PCEH.

2) Ambient temperature of milk walk in unit was observed at 44 degrees F.
Ambient temperature of the walk in unit shall be maintained at 41 degrees F or below.
Note: Unopened dairy products are approved to hold at no more than 45 degrees F.

Observed spillage in the following areas around the slurpee machines:
-Catch basin
-Counter surface around the slurpee machine

CLean and sanitize all areas around the slurpee machine.

1) Observed grime build up on the floor surfaces inside the walk in unit where the milk and dairy products are stored.
Clean and sanitize floor surfaces inside the milk walk in unit.

2) Observed spillage on the floor surfaces under the soda bib racks.
Clean and sanitize floor surfaces under the soda bib racks.

Observed soiled mop stored in mop sink.
Place soiled mop upright to allow proper drying to prevent mold or mildew build up.

No soap available in women's restroom. Provide hand soap in women's restroom.
