Facility does not have a current Certified Food Safety Manager. Food facilities that prepare potentially hazardous foods must have, at minimum, one Certified Food Safety Manager on staff. Obtain current Food Safety Manager Certification within 60 days. Food handler cards are current and available.

Observed last inspection date for two fire extinguishers on site to be from 2022. Both extinguishers are labeled for annual inspection from the fire marshal. Contact local fire department for extinguisher update/inspection.

REPEAT VIOLATION: Observed broken shelving unit in the walk-in refrigerator. Duct tape was used to previously repair the shelf and was ripped at the time of inspection. Duct tape is not considered a smooth and easily cleanable surface, discontinue use. The third shelf of the NSF approved coated-wire shelf was broken off the back, left pillar; resulting in the boxes on the shelf to be falling towards the break. Remove all items from broken shelf and store on available shelving space. Replace/repair shelf.

REPEAT VIOLATION: Observed no Food Safety Certificate on site. Facility shall have a consistently present employee take the managers course and post certificate for inspection. If an employee has already obtained a Food Manager's Certificate, a hard copy shall be present on site.

Observed broken shelving unit in the walk-in refrigerator. Observed pink bacteria growing on hand sink faucet and within the hand sink bowl in the employee restroom. All hand washing stations in facility shall be clean to prevent possible spread of contamination.

- Deli cold-holding stations in food prep area have an ambient temperature of 39*F and 40*F. Internal temperatures of foods in deli cold holding unit are under 41*F.
