Observations:


Almost all equipment surfaces and counter tops are clean. Great job!

Floor below equipments as well as corners are clean.

Utensils and equipment in dry storage area arranged in order.

Observed hand sink provided with 88*F water. Hand sink must be provided with hot water at a minimum of 100 *F. Comply ASAP.

Provide test strips for quat sanitizer.
