Observed no high temp test strips for the dish washer in the bakery area. Please get test strips to be able to test dish washer.

Observed one spray sanitizer bottle that is being shared by the bakery and deli area, please get additional spray bottles for each area.

Observed the metal coving coming apart in certain areas in the freezer in the bakery area, please repair and reseal coving.

This is a re-inspection to follow up on violations noted on 7/10/2020.

The following violation is still out of compliance:
14B) Provide high heat test strips for the dishwasher. Correct immediately. Email picture as proof of correction.
21A) Repair hot water from the bakery and deli 3 comp sink. Make sure it is able to open and closed properly.
21B) Provide hot water of 120F from the faucet at the produce 3 comp sink. Per manager, a plumber will be in today to restore the hot water. Please email picture to as proof of correction.
35) Remove ice build up inside the ice cream and bakery walk in freezer. Repair if needed. Correct immediately. Email picture as proof of correction.
45) Repair floors under the deep fryer and deli warewashing area no longer smooth, non-absorbent and cleanable surfaces. Correct by 10/10/2020. Email picture as proof of correction.

COVID-19 Guidelines
• Facility does not have dine in area. Everything is prepackaged to go.
• Observed employees wearing face coverings and gloves.
• Observed physical distancing and COVID-19 signs posted.
• Observed barriers installed at point of sale.
• Observed sanitizer bottles at each register. Per manager, employees are required to sanitized the register station and pin pad after each customer use.
• Per manager, high touch areas and restrooms are cleaned and sanitized every hour.
• Observed 6ft markings and directional arrows on the floor throughout the facility.
• Per manager, they are no longer doing free samples.
• Per manager, employees get their temperatures checked and is required to complete a wellness questionnaire prior to starting work.
• Observed gloves, apron, face shield and face covering available for employees.
• Observed hand sanitizer provided at each work station and register.
• Per manager, only a small number of employees are schedule to break at a time to ensure proper social distancing.
• Observed water fountains closed.
• Per manager, there's always an employee at the front entrance monitoring the amount of customers entering the facility.

1) A re-inspection will be conducted on 7/14/2020. Failure to correct violations may result in a yellow placard and/or chargeable re-inspection.

07/10/2020: Routine Inspection

A) Observed hot water from the bakery and deli 3 comp sink unable to closed all the way. Repair by 7/14/2020.

B) Observed no hot water at the produce 3 comp sink. Repair by 7/14/2020.
Please use the deli or bakery 3 comp sink until hot water is restored at this sink.

A) Observed high heat sanitizer dishwasher in the bakery area at <160F. Repair the dishwahser by 7/14/2020.

B) Observed no high heat sanitizer test strips on site. Provide by 7/14/2020.

A) Observed floors underneath the deep fryer in the deli department replaced with a new porous concrete floor. Per employee, this was completed about 2-3 months ago. Observed new concrete floor not flushed with the existing floor, covering up the existing cove base and is not non-aborbent, and cleanable surfaces. Repair by 10/10/2020.

B) Observed the flooring in the bakery warewashing area heavily deterioated and is no longer smooth, non-absorbent, and cleanable surfaces. Repair flooring by 10/10/2020.

Please email pictures as proof of corrections for the above violations to
Plan check shall be submitted to PCEH if floors or cove base will be replaced with a different type of material.

Observed no manager food safety certificate on site. Provide by 7/14/2020.

Observed empty wall mounted paper towel dispenser in the bakery and deli hand sink. Maintain all hand sinks fully stocked with hand soap and single use paper towels. Correct immediately.

01/09/2020: Routine Inspection

A) Observed large ice build up on the ceiling inside the ice cream walk in freezer. Maintain walk in freezer clean. Correct by 1/10/20.

B) Observed water leaking from the bakery high heat dishwasher and standing water was noted all over the floor. Repair the dishwasher and maintain the floors clean. Correct by 1/10/20.

A copy of the last routine inspection report was not available for review. Provide immediately.

Observed no single use paper towel in the dispenser by the deli, bakery and meat department hand sink. Make sure all hand sinks are fully stock with single use paper towel and hand soap in the dispenser at all time.

Observed hood light above the rotisserie oven not working. Repair/replace immediately.

Observed no high heat test strips for the high heat sanitizer dishwasher. Provide immediately.

A) Observed flooring under the deep fryer heavily deteriorated and heavy grease build up was noted under the entire unit. There was also deteriorated flooring throughout the deli warewashing area and by the bakery warewashing area. Repair/replace these flooring by 6/9/20. Plan check must be submitted to PCEH for review and approval prior to installation.

B) Observed cove base and covering on the FRP wall in the meat department in disrepair. Correct by 1/30/20.

C) Observed wall behind the mop sink in the loading area in disrepair. Correct by 1/30/20.

Observed grease build up on the filter panels under the rotisserie oven. Clean the filter panels. Correct by 1/10/20.
