Multiple drains in kitchen were observed fallen into floor sinks. Raise these drains so that there is a minimum 1" air gap.

Buckets of butter cream frosting were observed stored directly on ground in dry storage area. Keep all foods stored 6" off of ground.

Multiple sanitizer buckets were observed with sanitizer <200 ppm quat ammonium. Remake sanitizer solutions often to and use test strips to verify concentration.
|
Clean flooring under and behind equipment and shelving in front coffee area and in dry storage area.

Keep back door closed when not in use. Door was observed propped open. Corrected during inspection.

Copies of food handler cards were not observed for all employees. Keep copies of food handlers cards for all employees onsite for review.

Hand washing sink in ware washing area observed with broken soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser empty. Refill and repair dispensers to allow for proper hand washing at this sink. All other hand washing sinks in kitchen were observed properly stocked.

Mop sink observed not draining properly. Have drain cleared on mop sink so that water properly drains.

Reinspection to be conducted to verify correction of drain at mop sink within one week. If this is not corrected at reinspection, a yellow placard maybe posted and a billable reinspection will be required.

Observed dough nut storage at drive through window to have crumbs and food debris in shelving. Clean affected area to prevent possible pests.

Observed dust build up on air vents in restrooms at the facility. Clean air vents.

1. REPEAT VIOLATION: Observed light coming through from under and above the delivery door way. Repair/replace door sweeps to prevent possible vermin/pests. 2. Observed air curtain above back door to not be functioning. Damage to the air curtain is evident. Repair air curtain.

Observed two boxes of crumb toppings to be resting on the floor. Have all food items be at least 6 -inches off the ground. CORRECTED ON SITE.

1. Observed exposed wire from previous alarm panel location. Wire was stated not to be live during the inspection. Cap and seal off open area. 2. Observed derbies (old creamer cups, receipts, and pens) under the cabinets at the drive through. Clean affected area. 3. Observed missing tiles on the wall at hand sink by the ware washing area. Repair/replace missing tiles.

Observed several beverage syrup containers that were noted to be past their "Best Use By" date as of 01/16/24. Krispy Kreme Lemonade chiller (17): best by "08 Nov 2023" Krispy Kreme Strawberry chiller (08): best by "06 Jan 2024" Chiller machine was observed to not be operating at time of inspection. Stated that it needs maintenance. Manager will be documenting syrups to recover costs, no syrups past the "Best Use By" date shall be served to the public and shall be voluntarily discarded. CORRECTED ON SITE.
