Observed significant liquid debris build-up on the metal shelves across from the fryer. Please clean and sanitize both the middle and lower shelves.

Observed missing grout between tiles in the AFC walk-in refrigerator. Food and debris is collecting in the deep grooves between tiles. This can attract pests and vermin and harbor bacteria. Floors shall be smooth and easily cleanable. Repair grout.
