1.) Observed fly swatter in this facility. Please discontinue practice of using a fly swatter as vermin control.

Discussed with manager on food safe options of fly control.

1.) Observed sanitizer bucket at 0ppm quat. Please maintain sanitizer bucket at 200ppm quat. Manager made new sanitizer bucket while inspector was on site. Inspector recorded new sanitizer bucket at 200 ppm. CORRECTED ON SITE.

2.) Observed vegetable slicer with dried on food debris on it. Please maintain vegetable slicer to prevent accumulation of food debris. Manager moved vegetable slicer to 3-comp sink and stated it will be rewashed. MITIGATED ON SITE.


1.) Observed wiping cloths out on prep surfaces. Keep wiping cloths submerged in sanitizer while not in use. Manager moved wiping cloths to sanitizer bucket. CORRECTED ON SITE.

1.) Observed two CO2 cylinders not chained to a rigid structure. Please secure CO2 cylinders with a chain attached to a rigid structure.

1.) Observed open container of bleach cleaner (Ajax) stored next to open container of ice tea being brewed. Please discontinue practice and store chemicals in a designated location beneath all food, utensils, and food contact surfaces.

Manager moved bleach cleaner beneath the ice tea while inspector was on site. CORRECTED ON SITE.

Facility has offering outdoor dining and take out; dine in has been closed.
A Workplace Specific Plan has prepared and implemented.

• Facility has reduced the seating capacity of the on site dining areas to provide a minimum of 6 foot physical distancing.

Observed the 3 comp sink produces hot water at 120*F. Please check water temperature frequently to see temperature fluctuations so that a timely adjustment can be made.

Observed prep sink provided with hot water fluctuating between 120*F to 114*F. Prep sink must be provided with hot water at or above 120 *F at all times. Consult professional and adjust hot water at a minimum of 120*F constant supply to the prep sink. Comply by 12/24/2019. Follow up inspection will be conducted on 1/14/2020.

Facility called water heater repair company during inspection. Re-inspection will be conducted on 12/24/2019.


Observed rust around/behind ice dispenser area of the soda machine. Replace/clean the rusty area immediately.
